As an advisor to the nationwide chain of Corda pharmacies we have completed the process of selling the Company. The purchase is ACP Pharma – subsidiary of the Dutch capital group MEDIQ NV. The largest companies of the Group include the wholesale company ACP Pharma S.A. and retail companies: Cefarm Rzeszów S.A., Cefarm Zielona Góra Sp. z. o.o., Cefarm Śląski Sp z. o.o.
The transaction involved sale of 100% shares in Corda Sp. z o.o. for cash. The parties decided not to disclose the transaction value.
Holon Consultants acted as a transaction advisor to the owners of Corda Sp. z o.o. in the process of the verification of the development strategy and in the investment process, which involved preparing the offer, identifying investors, transaction structuring and its implementation.
